12.4 Class Action Waiver


You and Gibson Counsel PLLC agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.


13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


13.1 Informal Resolution


Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at mail@gibsoncounsel.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of submission, you or GC may bring a formal proceeding.


14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE AND TERMS


14.1 Right to Modify


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site.
